Those who go to DMI will be assessed against the criteria but should have a very good chance of getting a job. Out of interest, anyone know if they'll be looking for an enhanced pass like TPE or a base pass mark? And have the T&Cs been released yet or the wage structure?

I got pooled after speaking to the HR team. Seems my email was pinged back by the servers for some reason. Rumour also has it Newcastle guards will be increasing from 15 to 29 too. We will have to wait and see.

I know 4 of us at TPE passed all of the assessments for the trainee posts here. I believe all 4 applied to Northern for Darlington so I'd hope we wouldn't be far off with the assessment passes already. Good luck to all who applied- it is difficult
