Conductor/Train Manager Assessment

when I first applied for VT i had an interview for Train Manager. Started off with 60 secs filmed why you want the job/what makes you a good TM then into a room to watch how you 'mingle' with the other candidates. next up was ticket and maths test which was easy enough. fare table was given...
