Competition heats up between Transdev and Connexions

I'll wait the extra 5 mins for the Transdev 762 before getting on a Connexions bus again. The driver (00088) managed to upset or be rude to 4 passengers (including myself) in separate incidents in the space of 30 minutes. It may not be a record but there's definitely a need of some customer...
