    I have received an email stating that I has passed the sift stage and been invited to an interview- I think it's competency based so that would be the structured one I'd assume. It's my first time on this process so really don't know what to expect

    Evening all, I have only just recently found out that I have been shortlisted to an interview in leeds for trainee train driver, I have only been advised that it is a competency based interview, does anyone know if this will include psychometric tests? Anyone else familiar with the process? Thanks
