I have my AC1 in 2 weeks time. The confirmation states they want an in date passport or driving licence. I do not hold a driving licence and my passport has expired. Will this be a problem?

Hi everyone. I applied yesterday for the CSA role and have been informed I have made it to the next stage, the online assessments. The email says these are "Mindgage + Dilemmas (Customer Service)", anyone tell me what I can expect? Anything online I can practice with before I take the real one?

If there's one thing I seemed to have learnt about SWR, it's the longer they keep you waiting, the higher the chance the news is positive.

How long does it normally take to hear back? They said they'd be making a decision early this week.

Yup pretty sure that's what they said. I've seen employees standing at the entrances checking tickets before too. Could this include that as well?

Ahh nice. I've applied to Fratton. Told me at the interview I'd also be working at Hilsea too though.

They also told me I should know if I passed early next week too. Seems they may have sped the process up? Where have you applied for?

Had my interview this morning, I think it went really well. They were writing plenty down and smiling anyway! Really hope I've done enough, really want this job.

Have my interview Friday. Have been told it's competency based and told to research SWR. Any idea of the questions I'm likely to be asked so I can prepare? Really don't want to mess up after getting this far. Thank you.

Hi everyone! Got an assessment centre for SWR at the end of the week for an RO2 vacancy. Can anyone please tell me what this will consist of? I had an assessment centre last year for a Gateline vacancy with SWR but failed the ticket checking test. Will it be an English and ticket checking test...
