Hi,
I am currently a driver for a london based TOC, im looking to relocate further south and i have been thinking about Yeovil/sailsbury/bournemouth depots at SWR.
Has anyone got a link/roster example as im curious to see how the restday pattern/long weekends are along with seeing the...
Very much this, in addition to trying to find some transferable skills you could mention that your previous role required that would be useful as a driver, such as the ability to follow strict procedures when transporting inmates around to ensure safety etc, as you will need to follow procedures...
thats a bit silly as they are wasting their own time on deciding they want you, to potentially then you not passing the mmi...unless its about saving some pennies not sending everyone for the mmi
Thank you to everyone who posted their tips and advise...pleased to say the interview went well and i was offered the job!!!
Really looking forward to getting my head down and get this tra!n!ng underway!

Thanks.

Thanks.

Thanks.

What sort of questions, was it a 1 on 1, how long did it last and...
Hi all,
I am just curious as to the working ours, days off etc, an arriva driver would have each week/month and how the shifts work etc.
Additionally, any info on how a typical day as a driver goes from start to finish would be very helpful.
I appreciate any replies.
Thanks
Jason.
