Yes thankfully , but as blackkat mentioned once you pass the sift the process picks up from stage 1/2 ,DMI , medical and start date tbh I don’t know how people wait months and years in talent pools
Yeah lol they do enjoy company from trainees but it’s frustrating for trainees I’ve been through it having no driving instructor and front ending for weeks on weeks gets frustrating I’m pretty sure it happens at every TOC

That’s not the case took about 6 months before I got a reply back on my application once I had completed the tests and DMI to job offer and start date the overall process was 10 months
