What you’ve described is stage 2 psychometric tests, which is stage 4 of the application process. The assessment day is run by EMR and not OPC (psychometric tests). The day comprises of (as you’ve mentioned) group and individual exercises. It’s a day to show off your personality! Good luck...

Hi, just seeing if anyone is in the same boat as me. I received an email on Monday 7th Feb stating that I had progressed through to psychometric testing but since then haven't heard anything regarding a date. Im in the same boat! Haven’t been given a date yet
