    43165 & 43190 have been out on driver training/familiarisation Hull - Peterborough and back today.

    The Hull Exec was booked for HST from January 1981. The Deltics carried on with the other Hull services supplemented then replaced with 47's then fully by HST's.

    Hull Botanic Gardens based 08's would travel to Goole under their own power. I observed a few of these movements in the late 70's/early 80's.
