I think some of it is about making things work for us as a group/team arranging some sort of mutual shift swap and leave system etc and then between all of us we can work things out that works best for peoples situations. That's what's worked in most 24/7 roles I've worked in. Happy workers...

So rang and all seems good, still same information as everyone else, did reiterate that contracts will be going out all together... My notice goes in this week or next, so I'll see all those who jump ship and good luck.

No , I'll probably ring next week only have week really before my notice has to go in.

Any of those joining at TM's this month had any enlighting news, assuming most have passed usual 4 weeks notice period so no turning back....

Anyone had a firm offer or update on anything ? only update received is possible IRM locations and training hours are Monday to Friday but flexible. Think some are due to start next Month as TM's!

I got two replies First one said can't guarantee holiday already booked Second said about holiday and shifts , this is being looked into ... I wonder what the contingency is if they don't get all the staff they want as they seem to be working to some tight timeframes.

Anybody succeeded with any more information , I contacted recruitment today with no luck.
