I meant to ask do they sell them at the ticket offices which Jimar53 says they don't. I know most people do have Oyster cards now, but i thought the new LO stations would have the machines to retail new cards by now.

Can LO stations issue railcards?. Just i asked at Surrey Quays and was told the nearest stations that could issue a young persons railcard was London Bridge as they were London Overground and not National Rail.

When you book tickets online can you pick them up from any National Rail station, often i have ordered tickets from Rochester but due to the machines not working i have had to pick them up in Bromley. Is this because they are both southeastern stations or would it work anywhere

I'd say what ticket i actually do hold is still in dispute, its printed on it that its a Network Gold Card and when i select the ticket i want to buy from the machine it offers me a reduced fare when i select it.

Then how could a penalty fare stand. It says Network Gold Card on the front the ticket machines ask if you have a Network Gold Card and it doesnt say you have to be in possession of a annual ticket. Even when you book online it does not say you have to have it just have the network Gold Card.
