Couldn't agree more! First day flying solo is sooo nerve racking, but within a few days all that IST serves you well, the confidence multiplies, the smile grows and reality dawns! You've made the grade! Now stay calm, take 5 when you need to and don't star in a red video!

Trains are quite distracting! They take my concentration away from cooking.

Signal box cuisine. Bacon n egg toasted sarnie for lunch. Oven baked potato with salad for dinner. One of the guys on my line cooks a weekly roast dinner. How creative are you with signal box scran?

More's the pity, the pubs in York are awesome! We had a great IST group and relaxed just enough when we needed to. Are you at The Marriott? We were, it's a nice walk to school and back.
