Good lord, there are some replies on here that don't fill me with confidence. I've got my next set of tests this Friday in Liverpool, so fingers crossed, however I'm going into it with realistic expectations!

That's quite worrying for those of us who are coming from outside the industry. If I got that answer ('someone more suitable'), and I'd done that well in the tests and interview, I'd swear blind that they'd gone with an internal candidate.

How do you think you got on? If it was in York, I was on the same one. Was pretty apprehensive beforehand, and to be honest I'd have preferred to get all the tests done in one day - I suppose they're trying to save a bit of money by weeding a good few out and therefore not paying for another...
