Had my interview with northern on Tuesday in Leeds, they make you feel really relaxed and create a good environment for an interview. Content wise brush up on your knowledge of northern and yes there's plenty of competency questions such as 'a time when you had to follow rules and procedures'...

thanks mate, keep at it and re-apply when it comes round again, the interviewers spoke at the end of my interview about how they are going to be recruiting quite a lot in the near future due to a driver shortage for the extra services they are going to be providing.

I got an email about 2 weeks later saying i was successful. Then due to the RMT strikes this week my interview got moved to next week.
