I was placed on a reserve list twice and still continued to apply for jobs. I was placed on reserve list for a Grade 2 job and Grade 7 and ended up getting a Grade 9

I used a board with post it notes that I placed behind my laptop screen to take a quick glance. Having been unsuccessful in 4 previous interviews this worked for me on the 5th and I started this week. Obviously can’t use this method if it’s face to face

Yep with the reserve list, just keep your fingers crossed. I had 2 interviews for 2 areas (Grade 2 and Grade 7) within a week and got on the reserve list for both. 2 months later I got a call offering me a Grade 9 and start next week. So don’t give up if you get one of the reserve list emails...

I went for a visit a few years ago and very good friend of mine works there. Seems decent enough, a good walk from Didcot Parkway station maybe 10 mins but plenty parking.

The more the merrier mate, welcomes Bit of a trek for you from Ipswich but at least it’s a decent city to live in for 10 weeks

Great work sir. I’ve had verbal confirmation from my LOM of a start date on the 6th Nov and IST on the 13th Nov. He said should get something through in the next day or so.

Anyone give an indication of when and what will be the next contact from recruitment after a successful medical please?
