    Guys quick question; when you apply for a job on the ARL job page when you login, if the application result is pending then it stays highlighted in orange however if you get rejected it just stays on your applied job section but you know its not live anymore because its grey anyway i applied for...

    Its within 45 minutes prolly max 40 mins and yeah I was thinking to do that but I didn't know if theres guarantee of progresssion and basically ima bus driver right now so i was thinking that i would be taking a pay cut without the hope of progression.

    U havnt completed a section the way they want u to, so in my case i was working two jobs at once and it didnt let me send my application off till i put that i left one job and started the other then the red box went and i was able to send it off
