Just called south west trains - they haven't been recruiting for over 2 years now apparently and have too many...
I'll look at South West.

I got exactly the same rejection email. I don't understand. I have worked in customr service for 6 years - I got my answers checked by my father in law who is currently a train driver and has been for a while.
I cant accept that my rejection was due to my answers? Maybe something to do with...
Applied through MTR crossrail and filled out questionnaire. Was told I didn't make it based on the info given. Considering I asked my father in law to check (train driver for 20 years) I know it wasn't my answers. Maybe because I'm female or because I live over 40 mins away? ( could get there...
Well, I really want to be a train driver. Specifically driving them. Its a completely different career change so I have no experience and so would like to be trained up etc. But I am struggling to find any train companies around my area that have vacancies - they are all for qualified drivers...
