Well the third year of the deal was 65k basic (minus the retention and regional allowances). The fourth year of the deal was either a 3.08% increase bringing it to 67k basic or rpi whichever is the greater. So the figure of 76k is about right including the allowances.

I had my interview with SE in 2016 so not sure I can be much help but if they haven't changed it much then this info could help you and others. There was a rating system for the interview and you would be marked from 1-4 on each question. 1. Poor fit - fails to give evidence against criteria...

@TTDARL, I'm sure they wouldn't lie about it. This is what they have told me. @choochoochoo because of the pandemic they haven't done anything and have been at home.

Different depots have different links so different rest day patterns. It's a 4 day week 35hrs, some links may have a true 4.

Rdw is paid at x1.25 on weekdays and x1.5 on weekends. Fully guarded work no DOO. At the moment drivers don't do anything with the doors but with the agreement it will be DOGC (driver open guard close). I don't have information regarding Yeovil and Feltham isn't open yet.

There was a driver at my old depot who was in his first year and got a job with TPE.

Salary at SE 54,575 plus London weighting (roughly 1,700 a month). Salary at ARL 64,435. The difference in payslips £175.

Yes newly qualified drivers sign Vic-Canterbury West/Vic-Faversham. You would think so. Not sure if I'm suppose to put exact figures but the difference in pay between SE and ARL is about £175. Is that worth the extra intensity? I don't know that's a different argument lol. SE ain't that bad...
