    Thanks for the replys, it's railworks that I use. I just didn't know whether knowing a bit about the cab layout and judging the distances would help a little when filling in the additional info sections.

One question I cannot find an answer to is whether it's good to mention experience of train driving on computer sims? I feel good experience of trains from driving on there, is it to mention this...
