    TOC to FOC

I'm not sure what the issue is with ballast turns - You only work them if rostered to work that day or want a rest day? And I can tell you what, I'd do ballast jobs every day until I retire if the option was available. I love being paid to sleep, have a picnic, watch Netflix.

    TOC to FOC

Nah, loads of FOC drivers don't work ballasts. Here's my pros/cons: TOC pros: Know exactly what jobs you're working 6 months in advance. Priv travel. Better PNB facilities. More job security. RPS (although a large minority of freight drivers are in the RPS) Shift times less extreme...

    TOC to FOC

TOC drivers who are already in the RPS can transfer straight into the FL RPS FS scheme. Trainees or those joining from non-RPS TOCs/OTMs have to do 3 years in the DC scheme before joining the FS scheme.

    Lumo - Qualified Driver - Newcastle (17/01/24)

"We will pay in a minimum of 10% (5% employee contribution and 5% employer contribution)" So Lumo actually pay in a minimum of 5%?

    DB Cargo pay/conditions

I'm pretty sure drivers who are already in the RPS upon joining FL can stay in the scheme. Otherwise it's a 3 year wait.

Bedford drivers go to Dagenham, Theale, Elstow, Luton, Bow and Radlett (probably a few others) relieving Peak District drivers. Edit: 4sub answered above

    Freightliner - Trainee Drivers 2022 - (01/11/21)

You can earn far more money on HH. IM's fixed roster (granted, a bonus) means that the company can man shifts more efficiently.

    GB News

It's impossible to run a profitable, free to view News channel in the UK. Viewing figures can't generate adequate income from advertising. The US model is different. The majority of Fox News' income comes from charging cable providers to allow FN as part of a cable package. As said earlier in...

    Lineside Chain Markers (?)

On a tamper operating shift I'd use miles, chains, metres, millimetres, half chords and yards. Start/end of mileage was miles and chains. Total distance tamped was yards. Geometry was inputted in half chords (10m) Lift and slue was in millimeters.
