    Weather related disruption Leeds/York/Doncaster (27/07)

The York Rail Operations Centre (ROC) - the big new building next to platform 11 - has workstations that cover not only York itself but the ECML north and south, the Leeds line, Leeds station and fringes with other signal boxes on all routes out of Leeds and all of the Aire Valley lines to north...

Late night Northern unit allocations - Huddersfield-Manchester

Northern diagrams have gone totally up the wall this week due to the number of various outages. It's moves like these that square things up as although many workings can be covered in the short term by whatever is available, in the end, it needs to get onto the depots at some point.

    Harrogate Line delays - 23/11/15

So the jets went round at Horsforth today instead of Knaresborough. What's going on. http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/H25232/2015/11/24/advanced. Evidently worked as service normal

    Harrogate Line delays - 23/11/15

Class 155 fire at Smithy Bridge

That is not good. That's 2x150 and now a 155 out of action since Saturday, and Northern is already critically short of units.

Disruption on the Harrogate Line - derailment at Knaresborough 07/11/15

Noting that in the other direction, there is a TSR of 35 mph I would hazard a guess at something slightly short of that given that it would be braking for the Knaresborough stop. . The train has come from the York direction and has split the facing points

    LM 153 With Northern

There are cyclical diagrams off Neville Hill, booked for 155+153 3 cars - 2 sets on Leeds - Knaresborough, and a number of sets on Selby - Wakefield Westgate via Brighouse and Leeds - Man Vic diagrams (which are cyclical amongst themselves in any case). This means that though quite a few...
