Help lost failure to purchase notice!

I was given a 'failure to purchase' a ticket notice at Manchester Piccadilly on Friday 15th march. I was travelling from the airport to Piccadilly. The guy was very nice and said I just had to go online and pay the £4.70 fare within 21 days and that would be fine. He gave me a piece of paper...
