    First impressions count. Assessment day is first time they get a look at you, could be anyone from a manager on the train to work, or on a platform etc. I went to everything in a suit. Can't be underdressed then. Can only say practise practise the exercises.

    I've opted for suit and tie just in case. I too wondered as it was clear about suit/uniform from Tuesday but not for today. I went smart casual to my medical took the advice on another thread on here.
