I previously worked for a training provider before joining the railway, a GNVQ is the equivalent to GCSE's, some GNVQs would require you to study level 1 or 2 numeracy and literacy, level 2 is equivalent to GCSE A-C
Pay is 4 weekly and always on a Friday, next pay date is 31.05.2019, then every 4 weeks.
Despite what some may say, if you do your job and keep out of trouble there is always room to progress within the company.

Also a rejection here but I'm not down beat at all as I do actually enjoy my role within the company already. Thought I'd give it a shot though as trainee driver jobs do not come up too often. Plus the salary increase would of been nice.

Has anybody heard back about the trainee driver jobs for birmingham? I'm an internal applicant and still haven't heard anything, which isn't unusal for London midland. Just wondering of anyone had a response either positive or negative.
