Would just like to make a few comments on the level of service recieved by myself on Avanti's first class. My first journey with them under first was on the 11th January from Crewe to Lancaster. It was a weekend breakfast service so for the most part I wasn't expecting much on the food front...

If they don't offer you a first class ticket, why should you have to pay standard + upgrade, resulting in most likely a much more expensive fare overall? This is coming from a very basic point of view just for evertbody's information.

Hi all, Thanks for the responses. I have also noticed that it notes the interchange time past 0529 as 15 mins, adding a 15 min connection at Liverpool Street, would that make my connection valid if I did the interchange by tube past 0529?
