Need help with points heaters

Thanks for the reply, yeh all I've found so far is the rail heaters which are an electric element clipped to the rail web which heats the rail up to melt the ice. Baseplate heat pads are used to melt ice on the sliding baseplates for the switch rails to slide freely. The third one I can't find...
