I was having a hard time trying to book some tickets for my Mum on the GWR website, so I resorted to phoning them. As I waited on the line, I mentally rehearsed how I would let the guy on the other end know what I thought of their website.

TFL were conducting a revenue block at my local station. I wanted to enter to use the ticket machine to top up an Oyster. I explained and he let me through.
