Personally, I miss the seats in a 455 - the 701 ones are just not comfortable, especially speaking as a slightly larger gent (read: fat). And it's a ridiculously little thing, but I also miss not being able to hold the door buttons down until they're unlocked to open them, and having to wait for...
Random question - does anyone happen to know why TfL have stopped the 139 stopping at Beak Street southbound? Or at least, removed it from the iBus system and websites (and busmaps.org), even if the tiles are still there and the past few days drivers have still stopped and dropped off / picked...
In a similar vein, I always find it amusing when looking at the old railway accident reports that they start off something like, "Sir, I have the honour to report..."as if it is a positive thing they are reporting; likewise the sign off: "I have the honour to be, sir, your obedient servant..."...
