Just stay composed and be present in the moment. The examples on YouTube are a lot faster than in the real test to be honest. I would focus on memory, looking at traffic images and remembering what you see. E.g pedestrians

Hey, So it’s all letters from what I can remember and about two tests I think. Have a look on the OPC website they have a practice one which was very similar to the online MiniSCAAT. Not sure how long but I feel I did go quite quickly. But was pretty simple once you get a feel for it.
