I submitted what I thought was a pretty great application but ended up with a score of 52. Perhaps living in Edinburgh and no mention of relocating was the problem? I did send a further email straight after I applied asking to add a relocation note of some sort to the application.

Fair enough, but I'm not giving people false hope, I'm offering a theory on why the test is there. Until someone in-the-know comes along (which you claim to be), we can do nothing but speculate.

Sorry, can't answer any of your questions, was just wondering if you're an internal applicant? I assumed so as I've been keeping an eye on their site and have only seen a trainee driver job going to internals.
I don't think there will be a requirement to pass that test 100%. I believe the test is just to prove that you have some potential before they go on to look at your other attributes.
There will certainly be a minimum score, probably 70-80%, which allows for a little error. It's probably just...
For those of you that applied in early March and still haven't heard anything, I emailed them regarding this and they said it will take another 3-4 weeks.

I'm not sure how flexible they will be with regard to giving you some other option to apply, as they know there will be hundreds of applicants.
