Northern Conductor

Hi all, as long as I pass my medical then I too shall be joining northern as a conductor in jan/Feb. I will be based at Piccadilly so I was wondering what the shift patterns are like? I've been told at Victoria they do 4 days at a time and have 5 days off every 3 weeks. Is Piccadilly the same...
