moving around 2d map

Hi can anyone help me on this? I have RW 3 (2012) on windows 7 and everything works ok except for 2d map. I can't really move around ,as it stays fixed on whenever my train is atn. I've tried all i could (using left anf right mouse button , arrrows..etc). All i am able to do is to zoom in and...
