I had my interview this afternoon. It wasn't so bad. The interviewer was very good at putting you at ease. The attributes of a driver are worth knowing and relating to. Use the STAR method to structure your responses. I am quite pleased with how it went. Whether it's enough will show in 4 weeks...

Hi, I'm new to all this. I passed the first 3 assessments and have my phone interview tomorrow. Ever so slightly nervous now. I've been preparing using the STAR approach with some generic questions and looking through practise competency questions. Fingers crossed and good luck to everyone
