Hi. I did one a couple of years ago. Was rule base questions, you tend to get 30 second to answer. I didn't get through the process. Make sure you are clear when answering the questions. Good luck with it.

Try and apply for another job, ticket office, cleaner, conductor, customer service assistant etc.. Get a foot in the door and start learning the railway way of life and position. Then apply internally for driver position. You will have to go through the same assessments and interviews. However...

I work for GA. We don't get any other internal vacancies for the other TOCs. West Midlands was a few but not driver position. As you say may change in the future, who knows with Abellio! Best of luck to any one with this so.

Really sorry. Not to burst your bubble, it doesn't work like that. East Midlands Railway will be ran totally different to Scott Rail, Mersey Rail, West Midlands and Greater Anglia. If you want to apply for East Midlands you will have to submit an application form.
