Prosectution - sitting in first class with a standard ticket

Please help, I have been issued with a summons to appear at the magistrates court. I sat in First class with a standard ticket as the train was crowded and I was feeling unwell. I offered to pay the fine but was told I would be cautioned instead. The summons says I occupied a seat, berth...
