The SJT online assessment is safety and customer service so you have to make the decision which situation you would rather be in as the multiple choice answers are more or less realistic scenarios that you would encounter while working as a guard.
You are always put first, you need to be safe...
Can I ask how long was it from assessment day to your start date? Date specific, just to gather the length to wait for said job. Appreciate it, and good luck with the job!
If there is a strike on 30th August to 2nd September. How many days before the strike would they release a schedule for trains etc on their official website? It currently states 'we're currently planning the train service day' for all the days, and the strikes are in a week.. Ish.
Best of luck to you on your assesment day, I second 'JaMa9' long day but pretty straight forward and what they send you "practice" material wise is enough or was enough for me anyways.
Just remember they are sifting through the right candidates and the hard part comes later, just follow and do...
