Yeah mine was quite a big personal statement but I didn't want to babble too much, I put all the key words in and explained my experiences and qualities hopefully it stands out! glad I got it in quick

How many words are your personal statements? I don't want to not write enough! yours all brief or have to wrote a massive essay? I wrote a massive essay for the conductor post and didn't get an interview. cheers

that's ok then, got me worried as my computer messed up and it said about additional questions but didn't load them so I refreshed and it said submitted, does anyone know what the telephone interviews like? and what tests are involved? I have previously passed the psychometric tests for a driver...

Hi has anyone applied? after I did the personal statement it tried loading some additional questions but failed when I refreshed it submitted and won't let me do them! what was the questions? is it worth me deleting my old one and doing it again? kind regards
