According to Network Rail.
PPM measures the performance of individual trains advertised as passenger services against their planned timetable as agreed between the operator and Network Rail at 22:00 the night before. PPM is therefore the percentage of trains 'on time' compared to the total...
Does anyone know what the history is regarding ticket barriers on the National Rail network?
When and where were they first introduced? BR days?
In which locations have they been installed and then removed? (Coventry springs to mind as one)
Which stations have a rather odd set up due to...
From London Midland. Quite possibly the worst response I've ever had to a complaint.

I would firstly like to apologise for the delay in responding to you. Unfortunately, we have recently received a large...
I have also had a second e-mail, after they received another query on the matter. (thanks embers25) They've said the ticket should have been accepted, and will refund any bus fare paid (I didn't pay for the bus in the end, I took the train to Stafford and didn't go to any of the places en route...

Upon further inspection it was heading to Stafford and was calling at Wedgwood and Stone. It's listed on the departure boards on the NRE app. I looked online and saw it was run...
I see the 23.35 Reading - Gatwick Airport has been cancelled this evening. (This is the last service). The website states replacement road transport will be in operation.
I wish FGW good luck in organising that one.
It's been very good of them to let me through on production of my staff travel pass (from a SE based TOC) (Just to clarify - I do have a valid ticket as well)
We are aware of an issue with emails from the Forum to Microsoft-based email accounts (hotmail/outlook/live.com email addresses). This is being looked into currently, thanks for your patience meanwhile.
