Hi guys. Just received an email regarding the next stage of assessment/interview. Had my interview on Friday and I have been placed in a reserve pool for 6 months due to there being more successful candidates than positions to fill. Can anyone she'd any light on this? Likelihood of progression?

Much appreciated. I'll keep chipping away at it. The last 2 applications I asked for feedback and was told they couldn't offer any. Let's hope I get a bit more out of them this time.
