Personally if you can tell a railway shot is over edited, then its unlikely to be good.

Its being edited, either by adjusting the levels, or, colour-burning parts of the picture. Also Probably a saturation increase and extra sharpening.

vp185s are from the early 90's, i think they where lat installed in 2002
