Ticket already collected?

I've just been searching the forums to see if East Coast gave me duff information and saw this thread so thought I'd tell you what they said to me. I was told that the tickets must be collected within 28 days of purchase (I had booked EC First Advance tickets) and when I didn't collect them in...
