Hi all, Finally after waiting months I have an interview date for a Track Operative at network rail. Does anyone have any info on the type of questions I may be asked? I heard they ask a lot about what you know about the company? Anything else I should be thinking about? Many thanks!

I still haven't heard anything from 18th March and it still says on network rail website 'Invite to assesment 2 pending.' Hopefully I hear something soon :(

Hi, I recently applied for a track operative job with network rail and completed online SHL tests which I passed. Could anyone tell me what 'Invite to assessment 2 pending' means? Is it an interview? If so, what should I expect? Many thanks :)
