Scotrail collects 2nd improvement notice

I've been getting a couple of issues with ScotRail recently with canceled trains on the line from Dundee to Aberdeen. There were also issues with signals etc, which more of Network Rail's problem. Also, I do think that they should have kept more 170s in case of any issues with overcrowding...
