What Rail Union to Join?

Hi all, I've just recently joined a T.O.C as a conductor and wanted to know what Union if any should I join? I was surprised no union reps came in to the induction so I thought I would ask you guys and gals! Thank you

New Starter- conductor Southern

Hi all, I'm new to the forum and just recieved an offer for employment With Southern Railway! I am just wondering what will the training be like and also what is the benefits etc I am so excited to start this journey so any information will be very muchly appriciated! thanks
