But as mentoned in my previous posts, EMR station platform indicators and recorded announcements refer to Lincoln Central. 'Human' conductors also often refer to Lincoln Central - so how 'officially' has 'Central' really been removed?

Lincoln 'Central' appears on most if not all station platform displays at EMR stations and is often announced on trains the same.
