Speaking of the 385s, apparently the new fleet are going to be running on the Shotts and Lanark lines which are currently served by 385s. Sounds like Scotrail is intending for the new fleet to take over most of the 385 duties from Central.

The PIS is controlled by the driver and the the exterior display on th 385 usually turns off when leaving the station not sure why though, might be to conserve power.
All I currently know is that only one Lanark service each hour each direction will stop at Bellshill, the rest are to be routed via the main line i think. This will happen during the May timetable change
Indeed 385s are now stored in Lanark, during weekdays they are there overnight and during the weekends they are there all day also is there any other stations except the bigger ones where 385s or any other trains are stored overnight?
