Nothing, I can only request feedback but I expect I may not get any due to the high volume of people they deal with.
I hope my age wasn’t a hidden factor.
I won’t lie, it really hurts to be given a generic template after years of being in the process, making it to the very end.
I will simply...
Interesting, I never got either of those questions, looks like they probably pick from a pool of questions perhaps to prevent answer collusion.
A wise move on their part if so.
DMI is the driver manager interview, the final stage to pass before starting training, (excluding a minor medical check) unless you applied in February 2019 like us you won’t be at this stage yet.
Can’t tell you anything other than keep on waiting.
Yes, also just finished my DMI, both very pleasant individuals, quite relaxed, I don’t think any of the questions necessarily caught me off guard.
Results I was told will be coming very soon due to the next batch of trainees being predicted for January.
I am hopeful, good luck wba, and all others.
I use Teams everyday working at HS2, it’s a pretty simple program similar to Skype, shouldn’t be too difficult, I intend to use my laptop.
I’m also going to be doing Tuesday next week in the afternoon, I’ve decided to take the day off so I can prepare and relax rather than rush through it in a...
Not quite the case for myself however, as this is my final interview, the DMI, after completing all the tests previously, I actually applied back in February 2019.
My interview said it will be on Microsoft Teams, so I’m expecting a live interview.
Honestly extremely nervous, I’ve sunk so much...
I’m beginning to think Colas is just a drug trafficking front and no one actually works for the company.
I also applied many years ago for a job I was fully qualified for and got no response.
I currently work in data management for HS2.
A minor interaction with Abi about 2.5 months ago, said she had no clue when they would reschedule but are assessing constantly.
There is no such thing as online psychometrics, they are all handled by a organisation called the OPC (Occupational Psychology Centre) they must be done in person, and each test costs the TOC money, whether you pass or fail, and they are highly regulated by law, fail them twice and you’re locked...
Please consider the fact that thousands of people apply to the trainee driver role, there is not much better and smoother one can do when they have such a high volume.
You must also consider that currently, as of last news, all current trainee classes are suspended, no psychometric testing is...
Even if there is no immediate role, you can be placed in a pool, meaning you can be called up any time within 5 years after completing your psychometric testing, due to the validity of the tests expiring after that amount of time.
You’ve also got to consider that presently no psychometric testing or in person interviews are being held at WMT due to covid, even current trainees aren’t able to attend their classes.
