Hampshire has the lowest spending per head on it's railway in the country, yet it is some of the most busiest so I just hope there is new services, and refurbishment of the Desiro which are very quickly appearing to look run down.

With the electrification of the Valley Lines network, and the need to replace all the pacers by 2019 due to DDA what rolling stock is most suited/likely to be introduced on the network? Personally I think Class 323 would be ideal if they were replaced in the Midlands and Manchester by new trains.
