Well it looks like the majority of 315s have now been relocated away from being based at SouVic. Haven't seen one parked in the eastern part of the sidings (the main area) for a few days now. Pleasant in that it's a lot quieter around here now.
And everyone who gets on the train should expect it's an Airport focused service. If you dont want such aggravation, get on the fast Cambridge service.
There are also announcements about the baggage placement in train isles too.

Do you use the Stansted Express much? Because if you do those safety announcements would be pointless if they were north of Stortford, because that would mean you get them in the last 10 minutes of a 40-45 minute journey.

The biggest benefit for the local area with the SE is for commuters who live in Bishops Stortford and Harlow Town. SE's often stop at one of these stations after Tottenham Hale before the Airport so it cuts down on journey time considerably even vs fast Cambridge services.

My issues with the 321 is that they are way too cold in the winter (Too drafty, what rushing air comes in nulls the heating in the winter), and too hot in the summer (no aircon, open Windows is the only way to go - and not very effective - even in the low 20s it can get very hot and sticky very...
