National Express seat reservations

I use NX a lot and am a disabled passenger. I have a disabled coach card and can confirm that with the £2 seat reservation scheme the wheelchair/proirty seats aren’t included, I found this out after multiple attempts of contacting the customer service team and eventually was told not to worry...
